Xiang Yalan
      Fully responsible for the work of the International Cooperation Center, coordinates the comprehensive administration and business management of the department, Xiang takes charge of the two business sectors of international technology transfer and international exchanges, and is responsible for the strategic planning of international cooperation, the overall arrangement of major foreign-related activities, the arrangement of the institute's leaders' visits and meetings, and the overall promotion of international cooperation projects, international alliances and platforms.

Lv Zimu
Responsible for the special work of international technology transfer, focusing on technology docking and project cooperation; participating in the organization of international conferences, the preparation of visit groups, and the reception of foreign guests and other related work.
