International comprehensive administration and affairs coordination; arrangement forvisits and meetingsby the institute'sleadership, andreception of foreign delegations.

International Technology Transfer:

Responsible for the construction, operation and management of international technology transfer platforms; organizing bilateral project roadshows and technology docking activities; promoting the construction of cooperation mechanisms with various national nodes.

International Exchanges:

 Responsible for the organization and coordination of international conferences; assisting in the application of international scientific research projects and talent introduction; handling affairs of international alliances and multilateral/bilateral platforms.
