Overview of the Incubator

Mingyue Lake Lilac Incubator (Lilac Sci-Tech Innovation Park) is located in Chongqing Liangjiang Collaborative Innovation Zone. It is fully built and operated by Harbin Institute of Technology Chongqing Research Institute, and is the first standard-level incubator for science and technology enterprises of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in the Mingyue Lake area. It also holds more than 10 qualifications including the first batch of key cultivated pilot platforms of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the municipal-level proof of concept center.

The incubator focuses on four hard technology tracks: aerospace intelligent equipment, advanced new materials, new energy, and intelligent manufacturing. It has built a proof of concept center and multiple professional pilot production lines, opening up the full-chain service of proof of concept - pilot maturity - industrial incubation, and focusing on the implementation and cultivation of hard technology projects.

Relying on HIT's strong scientific research and talent resources, the incubator provides full-cycle services for settled enterprises, including technical breakthroughs, achievement transformation, policy application, industry docking, and investment and financing empowerment. It uses the characteristic model of grant-investment combination + direct investment + industrial fund to support the high-quality development of start-ups. As of 2026, there are 135 incubated enterprises in the park, including 24 cultivated high-tech enterprises, 8 SRDI enterprises, and 1 enterprise above designated size. A number of high-growth high-quality hard technology innovation enterprises have been successfully nurtured.
