Research Center Profile
The Research Center for Resilient Transportation Infrastructure is headed by Chief Scientist Professor Tan Yiqiu, with Dr. Yang Dawei serving as Center Director. At present, the center focuses on four research directions: intelligent ice-snow prevention-control technologies for highways in freezing-rain regions, key industrialization technologies for bridges in mountainous cities, resilience evaluation and risk control of transportation infrastructure, as well as safety monitoring and intelligent equipment for transportation infrastructure. In addition, the center has applied for a total of five research projects including General Programs of Chongqing Natural Science Foundation and Chongqing Construction Science and Technology Projects. It has been granted 21 invention patents and 26 utility model patents. Meanwhile, 21 high-quality papers have been published and indexed in authoritative academic databases such as SCI and EI.
