Research Center Profile
The research center is mainly engaged in the R&D and application of advanced ceramic materials and devices, including ceramic 3Dprinting technology and electronic ceramic substrates. It mainly adopts technologies such as additive manufacturing, tape casting and powder metallurgy. Its developed products cover frequency selective surfaces, conformal antennas, advanced electronic ceramic substrates, electronic circuits, and consumables for additive manufacturing (3D printers, filaments, ceramic and metal conductive pastes, etc.). The core members of the center include 4 professors and research fellows, and 8 doctors and associate senior-title researchers, with a total team size of 30 members. It has won 1 Second-Class National Technological Invention Award and 3 Provincial-Ministerial First-Class Awards. Its technologies including ceramic packaging technology, ceramic-based frequency selective surfaces, special-shaped ceramic antennas, electronic ceramic substrates and conductive pastes hold a leading position domestically.
